SERVICES and FEES

INTAKE SESSION: 60 minutes- $250
This is when we will review your initial paperwork and your personal history. I will begin to understand your specific situation, we will develop goals and make a plan for working together.

INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES or FAMILY SESSIONS: 50 minutes- $225

I am currently an in-network preferred provider with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield/ Premera and Tricare. I collect payment directly from clients at the time of session and provide you with the paperwork you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider prior to your first session to understand your benefits and coverage for mental health services.

Questions to ask your insurance provider prior to your first appointment:
Do I have mental health/ psychotherapy benefits with my plan?
What is my annual deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
What is the copayment or coinsurance rate for psychotherapy services?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Do I need to have a referral or prior authorization from my primary care provider so that the cost of my counseling sessions is covered?

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

*If you do not have health insurance coverage, or if you are choosing not to use an insurance plan to cover the financial cost of the scheduled therapy sessions, you have the right to receive a verbal and written “Good Faith Estimate” at least 1 business day before your medical service explaining the total expected cost of your medical care of any non-emergency items.
*If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. *Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
